Welcome to Dealerhop.com ("Dealerhop"), a service operated by Dealerhop Finance Ltd. ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our website, services, or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Overview of Services Dealerhop is an online third-party marketplace that connects Canadian consumers with dealerships, brokers, and wholesalers ("Fulfillment Partners"). Dealerhop is not a lender, dealership, or physical auction. We facilitate matching services for financing and purchasing vehicles and provide an auction platform for consumers to sell their vehicles.

2. Finance Application Process Consumers can submit a finance application through Dealerhop.com, providing the following information:

• Vehicle preferences (new/used, body style, monthly budget)
• Estimated credit score
• Date of birth
• Residential address (including city, province, and postal code)
• Monthly income details
• Employment information (employer name, job title, employment type, time at job)
• Personal details (first and last name, email, and phone number verified by two-factor authentication via SMS or phone call).

By submitting an application, you consent to Dealerhop and its partners obtaining credit reports to facilitate your application.

3. Matching Process Once an application is submitted, it is sent to an open marketplace where dealers in your province are notified. Dealers may match with your application within 60 minutes on a first-come, first-serve basis. If no match occurs within 60 minutes, Dealerhop will automatically match you with an available partner in your province.

4. Additional Documentation Consumers may upload the following optional documents:

• Front of their driver’s license
• Proof of income

5. Dealer Responsibilities Once matched, the dealer determines the consumer’s qualifications and selects vehicles from their inventory or external sources. Door-to-door delivery may be available but is not guaranteed.

6. Terms of Financing Financing terms, including payment schedules and interest rates, vary depending on the lender and are subject to approval on approved credit (OAC). Interest rates range from 6.99% to 29.99%. Approval is conditional and may include additional terms provided by the lender. Please review all terms before finalizing financing.

7. Vehicle Auction Platform Consumers can list vehicles for auction on Dealerhop by:

• Uploading a full walk-around video of the vehicle
• Verifying the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
• Setting a minimum reserve price

Bidding lasts up to 48 hours, and the highest bidder exclusively matches with the seller.

8. Use of Consumer Data By using our services, you agree that Dealerhop may:

• Share, sell, or provide your information to third parties for marketing or other offers.
• Use your information for credit verification, application matching, and service improvement.

Consumers can withdraw consent by emailing hello@dealerhop.com.

9. Consumer Eligibility To use Dealerhop services, consumers must:

• Be at least 19 years old
• Have a minimum monthly income of $2,500
• Be employed for at least three months

10. Verification Levels Dealerhop offers three levels of verification for finance applications:

• Verified: Phone number and location validated; no documents saved on file.
• Verified+: Driver’s license saved on file.
• Verified²: Driver’s license and proof of income saved on file.

11. Disclaimers

• Payment terms and interest rates are determined upon lender approval and formal paperwork.
• Free door-to-door delivery is not guaranteed and depends on the dealer’s resources.
• Dealerhop does not guarantee a match with a Fulfillment Partner.

12. Limitation of Liability Dealerhop is not responsible for:

• The decisions, actions, or services of Fulfillment Partners or lenders
• Discrepancies in financing terms or vehicle availability
• Any loss, damage, or harm resulting from your use of our services

13. Changes to Terms Dealerhop reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
